About the Role


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.

  • Experience with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js). Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

  • Performance Bonus: Based on restaurant profitability and performance

  • Profit Sharing: Eligible after 1 year of service

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Maple Leaf Bistro, a high-end dining establishment known for its exceptional cuisine and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

As a Restaurant Manager at Maple Leaf Bistro, you will:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and quality.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock levels are met.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

  • Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Promote the restaurant through community involvement and marketing initiatives.
