As a Restaurant Manager at Maple Leaf Bistro, you will:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and quality.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Monitor and maintain inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock levels are met.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Promote the restaurant through community involvement and marketing initiatives.
