About the Role


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.

  • Experience with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js). Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 CAD annually

  • Possible Increments: Performance-based bonuses can increase your total compensation by up to 10% annually. Strong performance and exceeding goals could also lead to promotions with higher salary ranges within 2-3 years.

We're seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team! You'll be a key player in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across various digital channels. Your responsibilities will include:

Social Media Marketing: Craft engaging content calendars, manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum reach and impact.

Content Marketing: Develop high-quality content (blog posts, website copy, email marketing campaigns) that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice.

Email Marketing: Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote special offers, and drive customer loyalty.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to inform our marketing initiatives.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using marketing automation tools and Google Analytics. Prepare insightful reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support overall business goals.
