About the Role


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.

  • Experience with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js). Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year

  • Performance Bonus: Based on job completion and customer satisfaction

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our maintenance team at Greenfield Property Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires versatility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

As a Handyman at Greenfield Property Services, you will:

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.

  • Identify and report the need for major repairs.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.

  • Install appliances and equipment as needed.

  • Assemble furniture and fixtures.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Collaborate with property managers and other team members to ensure properties are well-maintained.

  • Maintain inventory of repair supplies and equipment.

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
