As an HR Specialist at Northern HR Solutions, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

• Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and development.

• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and training programs.

• Coordinate employee benefits and payroll administration.

• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
